Our specialty is the Samba School Carnival Parades of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Samba is a solo dance developed predominantly by the African traditions, European and Indian cultures of Brazil. Here, you will learn the Samba dance step known as Samba no Pe' danced by the Passistas (Samba dancers) of the Samba Schools. People from all backgrounds are welcome to participate and can learn about the Samba School history, culture, making costumes or to prepare for your trip to Carnival in Brazil. Communities and families come together for a festive celebration that culminates into one of the most spectacular and famous events in the world, the Carnival Samba School Parades!
